WOW....

 It was an exciting couple of days to be a Barca/ Messi fan, so let's check it out. 

Match Review + Player Ratings- 

Barcelona was particularly strong against Celta and I finally believe that we can win anything there is if we keep improving. A strong start, and this could very well be the start to Messi's farewell season, so the players better be ready. 

Player Ratings-

Neto- 8

A good performance, a few great saves and good distribution throughout. A strong performance. 

Sergi Roberto- 7.5

He is going to face competition from the next match but he showed just how good and versatile he is. A good performance capped by a brilliant goal.

Lenglet- 4.5

No problem in the time he was on the field, but was not on the field for most of the time. 

Pique- 7.5

Another solid performance, another regular match for him. A clean sheet and ready for the next match. 

Jordi Alba- 6.5

Not as influential as the last match, but performed well nevertheless. Looking for some quick balls down the left flank, some good tracking back and it's a good performance.

Busquets- 5

This is what happens when you keep a monster quiet for too long. Frenkie dominated Busquets in this match and Busquets clearly was struggling. 

De Jong- 8

Yep, the first of, I hope, many 8s this season. Solid, accurate, masterful, DOMINANT. That's what is most important. Frenkie has a style that allows him to dominate the midfield like no one else. This was not the best example, but I hope he keeps improving. 

Coutinho- 10

I am too impressed by Coutinho, maybe it's just me, maybe he is playing really nice, but it was a flawless display. 

Messi- 9

Not quite a good start in the first half, but since the red card, he was all fired up. Well, when he is fired up, he rips 'em apart. 

Ansu Fati- 10

Another great display, another goal, another day in the office for Ansu and he must be happy for getting into the Spain squad. 

So, we should beat a team on the verge of relegating easily, but this pitch had eluded us a win since 2015. That's huge. Now, we have won, after playing fifty minutes with 10 men. That surely is improvement ? Yes, it is. 

The Draw- 

The UCL draw if it wasn't obvious.

Yes, It's Juventus. The group is not at all difficult, but we have to come up as winners. This is not a regular draw. This is the greatest draw in recent history. This has to be it. It's all taking shape. Messi's last season, draw with Juve, team in great shape... WE ARE UP FOR THE UCL !

Barca: A season to forget- Left Wing/ Midfielder

THE PLAYERS- I am not considering Coutinho and Griezmann Left Wingers. 1. Ansu Fati- An  astoundingly ridiculous revelation this season, Ansu Fati will surely be a major part any success we are * hoping * for. His speed and aggressiveness is always channeled and timed well. He can create something out of very little. This is the quality we were craving for, and we have got it in the form of Ansu.  2. Pedri- I know, he is not a first team member just yet, but that is not to say he won't recieve first time action. I think when Ansu needs rest, Pedri should get some starts against less physical sides like Villarreal. Conclusion- After two seasons after Neymar left, we finally have two very good wingers on both flanks. This is definitely good !

My Top Ten: Total Fiction- Four

No. 4. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.  Yeah, it is not in my top three. I am disappointed too, but I can assure you, I like this book very much, it is just that I like three books more. It is Paulo Coelho's best work by far and understandably. According to him, it is based on Wisdom. It is more about dreams and how to chase them. Plot- A boy has had a dream, there is a treasure below the pyramids in Egypt and he sets off to find it. Oh, how simple that seems and yet I have barely seen a novel more difficult to get the true essence. His journey is filled with extra-ordinary coincidences and incidents, making the journey adventurous and also giving a scope for some wisdom to be shared. A book like no other, This is the first book I'd recommend to instill a reading habit.  Characters- Santiago....Melchizedek....the alchemist....the shopkeeper.... all of these characters have a separate soul. A person we could identify, not one we could relate with the author in any way. This is a...
