The best possible hybrid plan for Barcelona moving from Messi

 This is gonna get a bit footbally, beware. 

Now, when Barcelona are in the possession of the ball, Barcelona need to be direct and attacking in their approach, which they have lacked in the past few seasons. For that, they will more numbers behind the ball. First of all, we need to have better full backs, and rather than splurging on Lautaro Martinez, we should get someone like Grimaldo or Hernandez. Now, for the formation, we know our strengths, we are better when in control, we need to improve without it. But still, the famous 433 with crowded midfield is here-


Now, for the time when we do not have the ball, we need to be on our toes, to track back and defend, and we need to crowd the midfield even more. We need to switch to a 343 with Riqui keeping the tempo in the center and Semedo and Jordi pushing forward to win back the ball. Then De Jong can drop deep to help the center backs and essentially, we’ll be forming a back 5. Provided the ball is still in their half and we can force them to give away the ball, we can deploy this formation. 


But, life won’t be that easy always, we will need to catch team that are already on the counter and for that, on my opinion, it’s impossible to create a plan... but, I will try. We could strengthen the back line by Ansu dripping deep and Dembele cutting centrally, then, Coutinho/ De Beek could move towards right and Riqui and De Jong could drop deeper. This would eventually mean 6 people in the defence. This could work in some situations where the ball is played to the wings by the opposition, to cut down the options and die down the counter. Of course, this is not full proof, and nor is it very ideal, but this is the best possible.

Barca: A season to forget- Left Wing/ Midfielder

THE PLAYERS- I am not considering Coutinho and Griezmann Left Wingers. 1. Ansu Fati- An  astoundingly ridiculous revelation this season, Ansu Fati will surely be a major part any success we are * hoping * for. His speed and aggressiveness is always channeled and timed well. He can create something out of very little. This is the quality we were craving for, and we have got it in the form of Ansu.  2. Pedri- I know, he is not a first team member just yet, but that is not to say he won't recieve first time action. I think when Ansu needs rest, Pedri should get some starts against less physical sides like Villarreal. Conclusion- After two seasons after Neymar left, we finally have two very good wingers on both flanks. This is definitely good !

My Top Ten: Total Fiction- Four

No. 4. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.  Yeah, it is not in my top three. I am disappointed too, but I can assure you, I like this book very much, it is just that I like three books more. It is Paulo Coelho's best work by far and understandably. According to him, it is based on Wisdom. It is more about dreams and how to chase them. Plot- A boy has had a dream, there is a treasure below the pyramids in Egypt and he sets off to find it. Oh, how simple that seems and yet I have barely seen a novel more difficult to get the true essence. His journey is filled with extra-ordinary coincidences and incidents, making the journey adventurous and also giving a scope for some wisdom to be shared. A book like no other, This is the first book I'd recommend to instill a reading habit.  Characters- Santiago....Melchizedek....the alchemist....the shopkeeper.... all of these characters have a separate soul.
